Retreat Pricing Details
Private rooms start at $1295 and shared accommodations start at $1095
for two singles sharing a room if you are attending with a friend.
Couples sharing a private room $2190.
Rooms are booked as registration is confirmed with $500 deposit.
*Early-bird registration discount of 10% if you reserve a space by August 1, 2025.
The fee is all-inclusive covering everything from the moment you arrive to
Limina (room, snacks, three wonderful meals, walking paths, and the entire
retreat experience).
We do offer a commuter option for anyone who wants to find their own
accommodations or are local for $795. This includes everything except a
room. Registration deposit is $250 for the commuter option.
Balance payment is due by October 1.
Limina is a most magnificent place for a retreat, a true treasure on the coast of
Maine. Nourishing for body, mind and soul.
Regarding nourishment, all of your meals, snacks, and drinks will be provided. When you register, we will ask you for any dietary guidelines and food allergies. The chefs at Limina are very accommodating, and will do their best to work with you including gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free, etc. options.

Meet Michelle & Garrett
Garrett Vail is a highly experienced yoga teacher and practitioner with training in asana, restorative, and philosophical aspects of yoga. Teaching in Belfast for 17 years, his specialty is the cultivation of joy and gratitude awareness. Among the many things he loves about sharing yoga, perhaps the greatest is the recognition of divinity in every person and the possibility for healing inherent in simply being present.
Michelle Walker is a longtime scholar and practitioner of perennial wisdom traditions. She is a certified Wayfinder Life Coach, Energy Codes™ Facilitator, meditation guide and teacher, and a New Biology Practitioner. Her passion is in supporting others to awaken to their own magnificence and live the truth of their essential nature. Michelle’s experience is that healing (physical and emotional) is a natural consequence of our connectedness to the Source of our being. More about Michelle
