As autumn turns toward stillness, we gather by the sea to step out of the momentum of daily life and into a more natural rhythm of being. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and gently release the habit of striving — allowing your deeper essence to reveal itself.
Rather than seeking something new, we turn toward what is already here. Beneath the activity of the mind and the patterns of doing, there is a steady presence — quiet, alive, and whole. Together, we create the conditions for that presence to be known.
At the heart of our time together are the introductory teachings and practices of The Energy Codes™ — an embodied approach to awakening created by Dr. Sue Morter. These practices support a shift from living primarily in the mind to inhabiting the body as our connection to Essence.
Through breath, movement, and inner attention, we begin to anchor consciousness within, allowing held patterns to soften and energy to reorganize naturally. In this way, clarity, vitality, and coherence emerge — not through effort, but through alignment.
Each day will include gentle yoga, guided breathwork and meditation, self-discovery sessions, and daily periods of nourishing silence — spacious time to simply be, to rest in presence, and to allow insight and integration to unfold organically.

Retreat Rates:
All-inclusive rates range from $ 1,075 to $ 1,425, depending on the room. There are single- and double-occupancy options.
To register, please fill out the registration form. You will then be emailed information on room options along with specific rates for each room. Your registration will be confirmed with the receipt of a 50% deposit of your retreat total.

Meet Michelle & Garrett
Garrett Vail is a highly experienced yoga teacher and practitioner with training in asana, restorative, and philosophical aspects of yoga. Teaching in Belfast for 17 years, his specialty is the cultivation of joy and gratitude awareness. Among the many things he loves about sharing yoga, perhaps the greatest is the recognition of divinity in every person and the possibility for healing inherent in simply being present.
Michelle Walker is a longtime scholar and practitioner of perennial wisdom traditions. She is a certified Wayfinder Life Coach, Energy Codes™ Facilitator, meditation guide and teacher, and a New Biology Practitioner. Her passion is in supporting others to awaken to their own magnificence and live the truth of their essential nature. Michelle’s experience is that healing (physical and emotional) is a natural consequence of our connectedness to the Source of our being. More about Michelle
